Big Oil is buddies with the oil-rich Republicans of the South. So of course prices will be lower for their friends. Who do they hate? Yup! "Blue states -- Especially northern blue states. It's no coincidence if you noticed this -- And it's been this way since I've been on this site for the last two years.
