The Thunder is a great young team. Can they handle the depth and experience of the SPURS?

Note to the Lakers owners: Put a real team around Kobe or start charging D-League prices. Bynums effort alone deserves a rebate.

Durant has a great jumper that is so hard to stop. OKC has a great future, but not sure they can beat the Spurs.

It's over for the Lakers. Kobe scores 42 but the Kobettes didn't show up for the second half.
Should be a classic series between the Spurs and Thunder. So what if they're not glamor teams? LeBron who?

if thunder want any chance of getting to the finals need to finish la quickly. a rested spurs team is a bad formula for any team that has to play them.

After playing the night before, the Lakers probably ran out of gas. That's why sweeps on consecutive nights are very rare.
Lakers are indeed on the brink and the Thunder are too talented to let this series slip away. Thunder better win Game 5 with a well-rested Spurs team waiting for them.

Bye Bye Lakers. Down 3 to 1 it's just a matter of time. Missed opportunities.
How big of an off season shake up is this team in for? I'd say Gasol will be traded, maybe immature Bynum. The coach is probably safe for one more season.

I don't know about "Thunder in trouble" I can hope. Great clutch foul shooting last night in spite of their recurring turnover problem. The offensive rebounds given up to the Thunder were also a concern.

Great game last night. Not sure if the Lakers will have their legs today for game 4. If they win, Thunder will be in trouble.

Kobe willed the Lakers into a win last night. Now they have to go right back to work tonight and win to make this a series.

Lakers make 41 of 42 freethrows last night. Kobe was 18 for 18. Lakers win by 3.

I agree. One more loss for the Lakers and it's on to the off-season for them.

buh bye Lakers. This one will be over in short measure. They may squeak out one at home, but you can't like them having to play back to back games against a younger more athletic team.

I guess you can say that at least it was a competitive game. This was a big change from game 1. Let us see if the Lakers play any differently at Staples.

Lakers blow a 7-point lead in the last 2 minutes to lose Game 2. Now in a 0-2 hole, they need to win both games in LA. Very hard to do when the games are on back-to-back nights.

The "Rest vs. Rust" question was clearly answered in both this and the SA/LAC series. A team doesn't have momentum into the next series if they had to go the full 7 to win the previous one, and precede their Game 7 win with a loss or two.

Maybe the Lakers made a bit of a statement with that 20 some point comeback? It was, of course, the regular season and the Thunders did play about 1/2 the game without their BEST player. Still, I can hope. There is something annoying about the Heat. I am not sure what it is. Maybe it is the fact that they don't seem to play together as a team. There doesn't seem to be the love or passion that is necessary for greatness. Maybe they have enough individual stars to pull it off. I wonder if Peanut Head will make it back. He was sure in a lot of pain.
