Try looking here. The drop down menu gives you classes of vehicles i.e. minivan, SUV, etc.

Non Hybrid - Honda Odyessy get's 28 / 19 mpg (6 speed automatic).

The Mazda 5 seats 6, but is like a smaller mini van.
It gets up to 28mpg highway AND comes with a 6 speed m/t standard (which makes driving a van not so bad) :)
For SUV, right now it is the Highlander Hybrid. 30mpg city and highway, but it is quite expensive.
